When the mother-daughter team is so impressive, you make them both WOW Women! Meet the mini WOW, Ms. Angelia Azis aka Angel. She is the daughter of the ever-amazing Ms. Celsia Darsun who encourages Angel to be creative, expressive and kind. After conversing with Angel you quickly realize that this child is extremely bright, observant and has a knack for languages (she is fluent in English after picking it up from cartoons and movies). She slayed me with her sharp wit, self-deprecating sarcasm and spot-on jokes (with the correctly timed pauses, for hilarity to really sink in)! A kid with loud opinions and varied interests, Angel told me that currently she wants to become an animator.
I personally think that she will be successful at whatever she puts her mind toward. Her curiosity and creativity will hopefully continue to blossom with time and proper nurture. I cannot wait to see what’s next for our mini WOW Woman.

2. Where are you from?
Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia.
3. What makes you feel happy in life?
Being with family and friends, meeting and getting to know new people and new things. I'm also happy when I make my family happy.
4. What is the hardest thing you had to do in life?
When I find something that I can't understand or a new thing that is hard to learn, because I'm a little bit impatient. Like learning new moves at my wushu* class or riding a 2-wheeled bicycle some time ago!
(*Wushu or Chinese Kungfu, is a hard and soft and complete martial art, as well as a full-contact sport. It has a long history in reference to Chinese martial arts.)
5. Where is your most favourite place on earth (where do you prefer to spend an afternoon)?
My house, together with mom, dad and my little bro. Or at my cousin's house, I can play with her. My aunty and uncle are soooo nice.
6. If you could have one superpower, which would you choose and why?
I wish I could do teleportation. It would help me go anywhere faster, so if something happens or if I'm late to go somewhere, I can just arrive in an instant! Whoaa!
7. If you could change something about your city to make it better, what would it be?
Stop people from littering. Litter can make our place dirty and bad for our health. Also, if I can do something to stop Covid-19 I would do it! Maybe I have done something to keep all the prevention protocols applied for myself first, right? Such as wearing a mask whenever I go outside the house, to a meeting and when I’m talking to people. I’m good at keeping my hands clean and staying away from the places where too many people gather.
8. If you could change something about our planet to make it better, what would it be?
I would make everyone stop littering and be nice to everyone else. It's not that hard to be nice, isn’t it?
9. What are you reading now (name of the book)? What is your favourite book?
My favourite books are storybooks about legends and fairytales, or about Islamic history. I also read books about general knowledge (mom bought them, they are nice and full of new things and knowledge, and have pictures of them too!)
10. Who is your most favourite adult and why? Which girl characters inspire you?
My mom of course, and many good animators online inspire me too.

11. What do you want to learn about in the world and where would you like to visit?
New languages, new places and countries. I would like to visit the USA!
12. How old will you turn next year?
9 years old.
13. What are the three top wishes you want to come true?
For my family to always stay together, for all people to stay safe and for covid-19 to stop. So we can do things we have not been able to do for sooo long.
14. What are three best qualities you like about yourself and why?
I'm caring and always interested in new things. I can speak other languages. I guess that's a good thing because you can communicate with more people if you can speak other languages.
15. If you could transform into an animal of your choice, which would it be and why?
A fox, because it has unique features, is brave, is a warrior and a great hunter. Even though some say foxes are slick but I don't think so, that's just the way they survive life.
16. Advice for other girls?
Keep on dreaming! If some people say bad things about you, ignore them! You are never too old or too young to reach your dreams!
17. What are you proud of? (something you are good at or can do well)
I can speak English, I can make some short anime/ videos, I'm quite good in a few agility games, and I have good grades at school too hehe.
