WHAT: We need help with translation of Q/A from Spanish speaking WOW Women. During our visit to Mexico we have encountered incredible locals who are smart, entrepreneurial and have interesting stories. These wonderful women answered the WOW Woman questions and we need help with translation from Spanish to English. Ideally the person would be well-versed in Spanish to be able to edit as well as translate the gist, but also fill in the grammar gaps if needed and make it flow (i.e. edit slightly and not just word for word translation).

Volunteer Skill Needed: building a Website

Help WOW Woman Marwa Hafez build a website for her business in Cairo

STATUS: COMPLETED WOW Woman Ms. Nini Beltran (based in Vietnam) and Ms. Hafez collaborated on a creation of marwa.tours

WHO: Ms. Marwa Hafez is a smart, ambitious and talented woman working in Cairo, Egypt. She is trying to get her tour guide business off the ground. She works in Cairo National Museum and would like to further expand her tours. Marwa reached out to WOW Woman for help with a website creation. She is a determined, savvy business woman, who is fluent in English, German and Arabic. Read Marwa’s WOW Woman feature here.

WHAT: The site should be easy for her to take over and update as needed. Free site is preferred (Wix, WordPress, etc.), because Marwa probably doesn’t want to be left with paying monthly fees. Something simple, effective and tourist-friendly.
